What is Dog Gone Blog?

  • Dog Gone Blog is a blog for real dogs (if they could read and had the inclination and opposable thumbs to work a mouse) and the people who love them written by a professional dog trainer and owner of two labrador retrievers. Dog related product reviews, training tips, reader's photos, a healthy dose of opinion and merriment ensues. We hope you will Sit, Stay and Speak. Enjoy!

As a pet sitter I am thrilled to hear of your great experience. It mimics many of my customers comments and thank you notes. Love your blog. It was recommended to me by a friend who writes the lab tails blog.

I totally understand the feelings of your positive experience as a pet sitter! I found inspiration from Robin Reynolds who has a fantastic family book about a dog names MAX. This dog teaches us all some very, deep unforgettagle insights to life. Laugh, cry and love your pet even more with this read! FIVE STAR RATING!!!

Often if you have multiple pets it works out cheaper to have a sitter come to the house.

COMING TO A KENNEl AT SPECIFIC TIME...ARE THEY HIDING SOMETHING?" NOT...JUST LIKE YOUR VET YOU CAN NOT DROP OFF YOUR DOG AT 500AM NOR 8;00pm AT NIGHT. Dogs are let out or being fed at certain times and people coming with animals during feeding or play time is not optimal for pets being boarded. Plus kennels should be professional and run as a business with rules.
